2. Offensive, obscene, abusive, indecent or defamatory;
3. Infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trade mark, trade secret or any other proprietary rights;
4. Not in control or legal possession of the swapping seller at the time of listing;
5. Illegal, unauthorized, questionable or may breach any applicable laws;
6. Dangerous or hazardous items;
7. Coupons for any illegal or banned items

Users are responsible for abiding by all applicable provincial and federal laws. The following list of Prohibited Items is provided for guidance only. The list is not exhaustive, and may include items not specifically mentioned below:

  Users can only trade original and pre-owned CDs, DVDs, games, books etc. The items have to be exchanged by shipping the original CD or meeting in person. Recordable media or any other Intellectual Property may not be exchanged or sold electronically.
