Swapping Adventures Part 2 by Emmanuel Lopez

Emmanuel Lopez Motivatorman Swapsity swapper
CanadaHave you ever felt hopeless in difficult times, like a financial crisis or an unexpected life change? I’ve been through so many of these challenges that I’ve amassed an abundance of solutions for staying positive, and I use them to help others in similar situations through my Movies that Motivate blog. Films have inspired me in the darkest of times and I know my movie tips can do the same for others. My vision is to publish a series of empowering self-help books and build a team of business experts who want to help make a huge difference in the lives of others.

First though, I need to find a new apartment in Toronto by June 1st. Although this is short notice, Swapsity founder, Marta Nowinska, inspired me to express my needs and experience the power of the community. Her support of my vision to motivate others reminds me of the movie, Eat Pray Love, based on the true story of Elizabeth Gilbert.

In the film, Elizabeth (Julia Roberts) befriends a single mother in Bali who needs a new home. Elizabeth has the idea to tap into the network of friends she made during her soul-searching journey through Italy, India and Bali, as well as from her home in the United States. Through the power of community she raises enough money to help the single mother and her young daughter build a place they could call home. When they hear the good news, they both jump and dance for joy! Can you imagine their happiness?

Elizabeth’s idea of tapping into her community to help someone in need inspired me and filled me hope. I’m also facing an immediate life transition that could be solved through a community of good-hearted people! So, I need a new apartment fast and I’m happy to do part cash/part barter to find one. I am an award-winning illustrator and a social media consultant, so I have a lot of value to offer! Here are the details…
