Bought it in 2005, still in working condition. In fact, I'm using it right now! The battery is still phenomenal--it can keep a 90-100% charge for 3 days on hold. Comes with sync cable, but no charger or box (I lost both).
It has scratches. It's been stored away for a long time and I've only just started using it.
Can store at least 4000 songs.
