Teach you to cook

Description

I was trained in cullinary arts at George Brown as my potential exit out of IT.  I stayed in IT, but retained my skills and cook frequently.

Some of my specialties:

• Best steak ever!
• Fall off the bone ribs
• Quickest way to make pizza that is tasty and satisfying without the work
• Fried fish fillet with perfectly crispy skin
• Perfect roast chicken or turkey
• Stews: coq au vin, beef bourguignon, lamb stew 
• Pasta and pasta sauces from scratch just like in Italy (not the Americanized version of Italian)
• Chinese food: fried rice, stir fry essentials, chinese herbal soups
• Japanese: seafood udon, onsen tomago (coddled egg Japanese style)
• Any recipe you find but cannot master but would like to understand what technique you need to apply to get it right

I am not a baker, I do not do cakes, cookies, etc.
