I have a good eye and a knack for decoration. I have staged my own homes and a few other homes friends and family that have sold in less than a week. I'll come to your home, consult with you on how to improve your homes' appearance at a minimum expense to you in order to facilitate sale or just for your own personal enjoyment. Service is valued between $500 and $1000. Includes a write up of what needs to be done, a list of merchants that offer materials you'll need at a low cost or free, referals, my own labor for any work I personally do in your home. Does not include cost of rental/purchase for furnishings.
