I am a recent graduate from a Toronto culinary school, in the Baking and Pastry Arts Management program, and I think it goes without saying I love to bake! I can create pretty much anything from cookies to pastries to cakes, and can also take well-loved classic recipes and redesign them to be more health-conscious for today's diets.
