Imagine taking a look 2, 5, 8, even 10 years into the future and identifying where you may get injured. That's exactly what happens with an injury risk assessment.
Through a series of neuromusculoskeletal testing, I identify at-risk joints by looking for imbalances in strength, flexibility and motor control. Your body tells a story, and movement is its language. But unless you "speak" the language, you don't know what it's telling you.
You can get an injury risk assessment both with and without a corrective exercise prescription, which helps you correct the imbalances identified.
