Total Transformation Training
Wishing to take your Yoga practice, your life to the next level? What if you could be practicing eight ancient healing modalities simultaneously. I’ve developed an integrated therapy by combining Aromatherapy, Crystal-Therapy, Reflexogogy, Reiki, Massage and Sound-Therapy into a Yoga/Gongfu-Flow, with the intention of balancing the Chakra System.
While engaging in a pose, which opens a specific area of the body we will use crystals to massage the reflexes of that area. We can increase the crystals potency by applying a drop of the appropriate Aromatherapy Super Synergy.
These Tuesday classes are intended for fairly fit people, who wish to be pushed towards their full potential.
