Hello. I cook large batches of healthy side dishes and freeze them. I think of them as being like Michelenas, execpt 3 times the value and healthiness.
Im experimenting with squash and kale right now.
You have to be easy going as I am not a gormet cook-but I promise they will be yummy and healthy.
Open to swapping for sewing/mending laundry errands( I have no car-but you do...)
