Accordeon. One button has been repaired. The orginal one had fell into the instrument, therefore its possible to fix it to its original condition. Heirloom. My cousin who is a professional musician told me it was in tune.
According to the story I gathered, it was made by an accordionist in Quebec City. No idea in which decade, definitely before 1980.
