I would like a utility bill (preferably cable bill or landline, but other will do) where I have my name listed on the bill receipt once I pay or at least partially pay for your utility bill expense. You then mail me the bill (you could choose to have a photocopy of it). This is for proof of residency purposes. I personally don't pay utility bills that's why I am offering to pay for anyone else's. Only residents of British Columbia can be accepted.
