Honey from my 6 hives in Mono, Ontario. These bees are free to forage from nature's bounty and far away from harmful agricultural pesticides, insecticides,... I have two types available. One is harvested in August (mostly ground wildflowers). The second is harvested in late September (mostly golden rod and purple aster). Both have spectacular flavour and purity. I love and look after my bees with pride and patients. I focus on keeping them happy and healthy above all else. I have about 50kg still available (in 0.5kg, 1kg and 2.5kg containers).
