Hand built scale models for future home reno jobs. Once completed it offers a realistic view of what your project will look like prior to starting it. Sometimes we finish a reno and are not as satisfied with it now its completed. In all projects it is critical that a contractor understands exactly what the owner is asking for... a contractor may not "see" the same picture in their mind as the owner has, however, showing him a model of your exact requirements will almost gaurentee he knows what you desire when finished. All I need to build are: Property/Structure Photos - dementions - model scale size to be determined.
The advantages to my scale models while considering a future project: (a) you have the opportunity to see how your design will look like when completed. (b) changes can be made on the model untill you are satisfied with its look and function... far less expensive than having to make changes to undesired features after the contractor has been paid! (c) the minimal cost of a detailed model will be much less than the cost of making major chages to something you don't like after all. (d) you will have a good idea of how the new addition/deck demensions (size) will fit in relation to your property and other structures
Models to Suit Your Project: 1] property and pool fences 2] room additions 3] floor additions, roof 4] structure upgrades to an existing building: siding, windows, doors etc. 5] decks 6] pool locations 7] sheds, garage, car port 8] landscape considerations 9] for prosterity: to remember the family home, property etc., to capture the beauty of a heritage building destined to be demolished.
