Need a yoga buddy? I come with my own mat and I regularly attend the free yoga classes at the Scarborough Town Centre sponsored by Lululemon. I have a Kathy Smith yoga tape at home but I understand how hard it can be to get motivated on your own to practice the poses. Sometimes all you need is a person to go with you to keep you accountable to your fitness goals.
