One of the major components of my personal training services is the emphasis on 'Personal' training. One of my greatest strengths is creating a genuine and very personal working relationship between my clients and I to facilitate a positive environment for physical and personal growth. I have a lot of experience with complete novices right up to experienced lifters looking to change up their program or push through their plateau. Age, gender, sexual origination or physical limitations are not factors I look at when considering taking on a new client.
My services include one on one training, couples training and small group training.
Each program designed is specific to the individual and their goals. Included with each program is a fitness assessment and goal setting session. I use state of the art equipment such as a BodyMetrix to provide valuable data to help track client progress.
